Awards purchased can be refunded up until the announcement deadline. Refund requests must be made before this date to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be processed after the announcement deadline has passed. Please note that purchasing an award submission does not guarantee a win.

Awards submissions are processed digitally and do not involve physical shipping. Upon successful purchase and submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your submission details. Return Policy:
As our awards submissions are processed digitally, there are no physical goods to return. Therefore, we do not accept returns. If you encounter any issues with your submission, please contact our support team for assistance.
