Britive Builds an Emergency Kill Switch for Compromised AI Identities
Britive has developed an Emergency Termination Agent for Gemini Enterprise that is designed to contain compromised human and non-human identities through a single natural-language request.
The agent can identify the affected identity, inspect active privileged sessions, request human approval, revoke access, disable the identity and preserve an audit trail. Google highlighted the integration as part of a broader group of partner-built security agents for Gemini Enterprise.
The concept addresses a growing identity problem. AI agents may hold short-lived cloud privileges, application tokens and access to multiple tools at once. Containment therefore requires more than disabling one user account. Responders need to enumerate active sessions and revoke authority across systems quickly.
A natural-language control can shorten the path from investigation to action, but it also becomes a high-impact interface. Enterprises should require strong operator authentication, explicit approval for destructive actions, least-privilege access and immutable logging around any automated identity shutdown.
