In an increasingly perimeterless world, identity is the new battleground—and CyberArk wants managed service providers (MSPs) on the frontlines.
The identity security giant has launched a major overhaul of its MSP experience, debuting a revamped SaaS-based console dubbed CyberArk MSP Hub and a partner program fine-tuned for profitability and scale. This move signals CyberArk’s sharpened focus on operational efficiency and market expansion through its 300+ existing MSPs and new recruits alike.
At the core of this rollout is MSP Hub, a consolidated entry point into the CyberArk Identity Security Platform. The Hub replaces the previous MSP Console and adds enterprise-grade features like multi-tenant management, centralized visibility, and seamless integration across managed environments. It’s a tactical evolution: giving MSPs the architecture to offer converged identity services—privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and identity and access management (IAM)—without cobbling together fragmented tools.
“In a hyper-connected world, selecting the right MSP is about finding a trusted partner that strengthens both daily operations and cybersecurity posture,” said Micheal Steele, Senior Security Operations Manager at Optiv. “With CyberArk MSP solutions, we have maximized efficiency, enabling us to focus on delivering identity security value to every customer we serve.”
For an industry long dependent on brittle integrations and clunky consoles, CyberArk’s new approach is a welcome simplification. The MSP Hub is tailored to address what has become one of the most persistent pain points for identity-focused service providers: managing large-scale customer environments without sinking in complexity or cost.
The platform’s impact is reinforced by CyberArk’s new MSP-optimized partner program, which introduces dedicated SKUs and discount tiering to incentivize long-term growth and differentiation. It’s designed to help MSPs build vertical expertise while still benefiting from a standardized, scalable platform.
“CyberArk is committed to empowering MSP partners with tools that drive value and operational excellence, making it easy to adopt the full extent of our platform and helping them grow their identity security practices,” said Eduarda Camacho, Chief Operating Officer at CyberArk. “CyberArk’s SaaS-based platform and console are a scalable and simple-to-use way for MSPs to offer the industry’s most complete set of identity security services, helping address their customers’ complex identity-centric challenges with reduced time-to-value and driving sustainable revenue growth.”
With the security landscape shifting toward identity-first models, the timing is strategic. As organizations reckon with human and machine identities sprawling across hybrid cloud environments, MSPs are increasingly tasked with becoming both the gatekeepers and guardians. CyberArk’s latest move effectively hands them a unified toolkit—one that fuses depth of protection with operational agility.
The full capabilities of the partner program will roll out by the end of 2025. But for MSPs looking to leap ahead in a fiercely competitive security services market, CyberArk just redrew the map—and placed identity at its center.
