She previously served as Global SVP of People & Culture at Elastic Path and as VP & Global Head of People and Culture at Maropost, where she guided organizations through major growth cycles, M&A transitions, and rapid digital transformation. Beyond the corporate sphere, she has also been active in mentoring early-stage founders on building resilient teams and product-driven cultures.
