Axonius, a cybersecurity asset management and SaaS management company, has appointed Chris Kramer as its Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Kramer will be responsible for expanding and scaling Axonius' global finance organization, as well as driving the company's strategic roadmap.
Kramer brings a wealth of experience in finance, operations management, and process improvement. Prior to joining Axonius, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of FP&A at Okta, Inc., where he played a key role in managing accounting and financial planning and analysis operations during the company's growth from a $40 million business with 300 employees to a $1.8 billion public corporation with over 6,000 employees.
Dean Sysman, CEO and Co-Founder of Axonius, expressed confidence in Kramer's financial leadership abilities, emphasizing his expertise in scaling high-growth companies and building efficient teams. Throughout his career, Kramer has focused on driving efficient growth, aligning with Axonius' core business strategy. In previous positions, such as Vice President, Assistant Controller at Riverbed Technology, and Vice President, Corporate Controller at Cyan, he oversaw critical areas such as external reporting, consolidation, and M&A activities.
