Ivanti Teams Up with Securin to Enhance Cybersecurity Capabilities

Ivanti, a leading tech company specializing in elevating and securing "Everywhere Work," has announced a strategic partnership with Securin Inc., a prominent provider of tech-enabled cybersecurity solutions.

Ivanti Neurons for Vulnerability Knowledge Base, powered by Securin VI's extensive data repository, will empower security experts to expedite vulnerability assessments and prioritization processes. The partnership seeks to enhance organizations' ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential cyber threats and exposures.

Securin VI's comprehensive data set draws from a multitude of trusted sources, including MITRE, the National Vulnerability Database (NVD), CVE Numbering Authorities (CNAs), vendor advisories, and many others. This wealth of data enriches the intelligence in Ivanti Neurons for Vulnerability Knowledge Base, enabling a more comprehensive and informed approach to vulnerability management.

Furthermore, the partnership enables seamless integration with other Ivanti Neurons products, such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM), App Security Orchestration & Correlation (ASOC), Patch Management, Zero Trust Access (ZTA), Discovery, and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). This integration aims to provide a holistic and cohesive cybersecurity ecosystem for organizations.

Kiran Chinnagangannagari, Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Securin, expressed enthusiasm about the expanded partnership, stating, "With this newfound visibility from various sources, customers can proactively plan mitigation and remediation strategies, which is invaluable as cyber threats continue to multiply."

Through this collaboration, customers can enhance their understanding of threat context and findings, effectively correlate vulnerabilities with patches, enable quarantine and remediation for unpatched devices running risky applications, and gain a comprehensive view of enterprise assets and risks. Ivanti Neurons for Vulnerability Knowledge Base equips security experts with authoritative and immediate vulnerability threat intelligence, complemented by risk-based scoring of vulnerabilities based on real-world threat information.

Securin's Vulnerability Intelligence (VI) provides an array of vulnerability data through an intuitive dashboard or integrated APIs. Powered by over 1500 authentic intelligence feeds, Securin VI leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models to continuously assess vulnerability risk by tracking their trajectory from exploitation to weaponization.

Dr. Srinivas Mukkamala, Chief Product Officer at Ivanti, highlighted the significance of this partnership, stating, "Securin's commitment to innovation closely aligns with Ivanti's objectives to provide best-in-class solutions for our customers. At Ivanti, we are always looking for ways to provide customers with the most comprehensive information on real-world threats and help them on their journey to continuous threat exposure management and risk-based vulnerability management."

The collaboration between Ivanti and Securin aims to fortify organizations' cybersecurity postures by delivering robust intelligence, risk prioritization, and enhanced threat exposure management capabilities, ultimately helping them navigate the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
