It validates and investigates these detections to determine if they are true positive incidents requiring remedial action. True positive incidents are escalated in a timely manner to the appropriate customer representatives with the authority to respond, and advice is given for containment and remediation efforts, such as network isolation or termination of malicious processes.
The co-monitoring service can be added to WithSecure™ Elements' EDR, a leading endpoint detection and response solution that enables organizations to achieve comprehensive detection coverage and respond swiftly to attacks. Additionally, the service seamlessly integrates with WithSecure's government-assured Incident Response Retainer services, providing organizations with expanded incident response capabilities when needed.
